"For me personally, the work was profound and far-reaching. My issue was 'eating more than my body can effectively use', and there has been a definite change in that area, as well as the replacement of what had been a deeply buried subconscious past-life memory with a conscious, sparklingly beautiful, fully alive experience of strength, hope and joy. The memory of the final, healed picture I saw in my mind now serves as a touchstone for excellence and for the sense of being a fully integrated, brilliantly alive person - a visual affirmation of all the healing embraced, and it is a thrill to know that the touchstone lives within me, is part of me, and is accessible at any time. The mind is a beautiful thing, and you have developed a powerful and lovely way to work with it".

people drift through life with a vague sense of uneasiness, living in the antechamber, longing to find some adventure or purpose in life,

To write, or not to write: that is not the question. World sought-after leading expert on communications and writing productivity, Dr. Klauser, encourages everyone to be the author of their own “lifescripts” in her book dedicated to helping readers achieve their goals—whatever they may be. “If you know what you want, you can have it.” That is the underlying message in Henriette Anne Klauser’s book, Write It Down, Make It Happen: Knowing What You Want—and Getting It!

Providing practical tips and inspiring true stories, Klauser says that “too often, people drift through life with a vague sense of uneasiness, living in the antechamber, longing to find some adventure or purpose in life, envious of those whose lives seem exciting.” But in reality, what people fail to realize is the power and potential they carry within themselves to write their life into existence.

Why Writing Down Your Goals is So Important
Like to-do lists, writing a goal down makes us more likely to remember to accomplish the task at hand. New Year resolutions, bucket lists, and to-do lists are all various names given to the common practice of articulating our goals on paper. The process of writing these affirmations down reminds our subconscious mind to keep a lookout for events that will help us get one step closer to arriving where we want to be.

“Now a scientific truth,” says Dr. Klauser, “setting your intent, focusing on the outcome, being clear about what you want in life can make your dreams come true.” But she adds that the first step of commitment is to be willing to write down what you want, because commitment is the key to success and “until one is committed, there is no hesitancy.”

Dr. Klauser says that by writing down our goals, we make them concrete, setting the clocks of the universe in motion to activate them. This is a phenomenon that also resonates with followers of The Secret, who believe in the limitless, abundant powers of a greater force attracting to us what we deeply desire if we simply ask for it. Quoting the line from Field of Dreams, “If you build it, he will come,” Dr. Klauser says building our dreams by writing down our goals works the same way. “Building it before he gets there is stepping out in faith, just as writing it down says you believe that it’s attainable.”
